Because of the construction and retorting, State Street and Jordan Gateway need traffic control or adjustment of the traffic lights. I waited 25 minutes to make a RIGHT turn from Auto Mall onto State Street southbound at 5:30pm and it was less than one block from the intersection.
not one of the utdot locations can answer the phone. the ones that can answer, say ive contacted the wrong division and quickly transfer me to another number that no one answers. voice messages go unreturned.
lousy job on SR248. water and ice seeping up through the road.
